What's in my Make-up Bag....again...

So I've decided to start hitting the gym at 4:30 am instead of waiting until after work to do so. I've found this to be more effective for weight loss and I am more inclined to stick to a program if exercising is the first thing I do after waking. I keep track of the number of calories burned and after that I am more cognizant of what I eat as I know how much I can actually afford to without rendering my work-out insignificant for weight loss (ideally you should burn more than you eat....3500 calories burned=1lb)



Anyhoo, this also means that I have to pack breakfast and lunch to take with me to work as I shower and change at the gym. I had to lighten my bags, including my makeup bag and thus, we have my new little collection below. I tried to keep it as minimal as possible!
