Hey everyone.
I need to write this down to keep myself accountable. There are a few changes I need to make in my life and it starts now.
In the month of may here are a few habits I need to form/break:
1. Keep a food journal
I need to dedicate myself. I usually start and never finish. I think computers have complicated my life and I don't write enough any-more ESPECIALLY when I need to keep track of what I eat.
2. Drink more green tea!
I have a really bad coffee habit that I need to kick. I used to love green tea and I need to reacquaint myself with it. I also found these tasty bottles that I can have instead of sodas (another bad habit I picked back up after not having it for a wile).
3. Chocolate- is the enemy
It really is. I won't even make excuses for the sweet treat.
I eat too much of it and I need to let it go.
4. No Bread
As 'healthy' as people tout subway to be, it's really not healthy to be having that much bread every day. And yes, I will eat it every day because it's convenient. I don't know why. I actually don't like bread :s
5. Manage my finances better.
I really need to. I spend WAY too much cash on makeup that hardly gets used! that reminds me, I need to also do a Project 10 Pan starting with May as well.
