March Favourites: Skin Care

Hey lovelies! So this is my first 'favorites post' on the blog.
Today I'm doing my favorite skin care products for the Month of March. I'm a creature of habit and I often use what works for me so this not be a monthly thing however if there us any change in the routine, I'll let you guys know.

Cleansers:

Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser: I love this thing! I've been using it for over a month now and it's as amazing as people say it is. It's the only wash I've used that cleanses my face of EVERYTHING (even heavy duty makeup) without over drying it. I love it! I usually use it after I get home from work to really clean my skin from any product I would have used during the day.

Neutrogena Deep Clean (For Normal to Oily Skin): I use this on mornings when taking a shower. I believe in preventative measures and although I don't get break-outs, this helps with the occassional pimple I might get around that time of the month.

St. Ives Timeless Skin Apricot Scrub  (Exfoliates to help visibly tone & firm skin)

I went to purchase the normal scrub and picked this one up by accident. It contains AHAs which are good for keeping your skin 'young' and supple.  It works well as a scrub and I like it. It also seems to be less harsh than the original which has a very gritty/grainy feel. I'd certainly repurchase when I run out.

Moisturizers:

MAC MoistureLush Cream:

I bought this to use under my pro-longwear foundation (MAC) as it can look cakey if your face isn't properly moisturized. I've been using it at night too and I must say that my skin loves it! It hasn't broken me out and despite it being a heavy moisturiser, it doesn't leave me looking oily and greasy. And a little is all you need! I've been using this for the past month and it still looks untouched! It contains no SPF though which is okay by me as my foundations take care of that.

Clean & Clear Morning Glow Moisturizer with SPF 15

This is my daily moisturizer. It's much lighter than the MoistureLush and it's what I reach for most days.

I use a toner occasionally but nothing I really like all that well so I won't mention it.
