Prick Cabin Exlcusive: NY Giants To Sign Ryan Perrilloux*

The New York Giants will sign quarterback Ryan Perrilloux, 24, today to become Eli Manning's backup. Perrilloux obviously has a tumultuous past, but he now seems to have his head on straight after being coached by ex-NFL coach, Chris Palmer for the UFL's Hartford Colonials.

"From a talent standpoint, there's no question he should have been drafted (by the NFL)," Palmer said. "I know of four or five teams in the NFL who are looking at him. ... His talent will allow him to play at that level."
