TMZ is reporting that Rapper Rick Ross is currently unconscious after suffering from a seizure while on board an airplane going from Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, to Memphis, Tennessee. According to the site, Rick Ross lost consciousness once the plane lifted into the air, and the aircraft was reportedly forced to make an emergency landing.
A doctor onboard is said to have administered CPR to the 35-year-old rapper, who “appeared to show signs of life” while being wheeled off the airplane upon landing. Rapper Wale, however took to Twitter to say that he “just talked to Ross…he’s 100 pct OK,” which DJ Sam Sneak has also confirmed.
UPDATE: TMZ is now reporting that police have confirmed that Rick Ross has been transferred to a nearby hospital, and has received word from a family member that he is under close supervision and “doing fine.”
Rick Ross also appears to now be tweeting from his Twitter account, @RickyRozay. He recently responded to writer Elliot Wilson‘s tweet, “Don’t scare a nigga like that. Thanks”, by saying “never dat homie..we outchea #mmg powercirle!!!!” in response.
