"It was very tough, I wanted everybody to be in it. I definitely wanted someone from the Diamondbacks to be in it, but these guys, I know these guys really well, and these are my picks, no hard feelings. I wish I could invite everyone I knew. That was the only part that was a little tough, trying to narrow it down. It's kind of intense, it's not as easygoing as you might think it is. You get serious because of course you want to win." - Prince Fielder*
In a little added twist to this year's Home Run Derby, there have been captains named for each league, and these two pricks are able to select who they want to represent their respective leagues. Prince Fielder is running the NL, while Big Sloppy is in charge of the AL. Fielder decided to diss Diamondback's Justin Upton, in favor of selecting teammate Rickie Weeks, Matt Holliday, and Matt Kemp. David Ortiz chose to invite Adrian Gonzalez, Robinson Cano, and Jose Bautista.
